YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING USER AGREEMENT BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY SERVICES OFFERED BY KODE-DESIGNS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, CHAT, MAIL AND ADS. BY ORDERING, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We guarantee that any information submitted via order-now form, email or instant messenger will be used solely for the purpose of completing the order, delivering the markup and addressing any customer service issues. Such information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with outside parties.


Non-Disclosure Agreement

We also respect your artwork and your business. Your copyrights will always remain yours. We will never use your artwork on any other site, sell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstance. We guarantee that any information shared with us will remain confidential. We also guarantee that all communications between the company and client are confidential and will remain so.


Prices

Prices of our services are in Euros or in Croatin Kuna's ( Hrvatska Kuna ). Tax is not applicable.


Payments

Payments for countries outside of Croatia ( HR ) are done via Western Union. Other payments available by bank account.


Services

Any web design, web coding or website creation service purchased from Kode-Designs will be subject to specific time and consultation terms as specified before or during the point of purchase. These terms are non-negotiable after the point of purchase. You may not introduce new terms, deadlines or specifications after the point of purchase, or before the contract is terminated. You may not distribute any service you get from us.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in our services, because they are not applicable.


Intellectual Property

All illustrations, images, characters, artwork, graphics of the site are protected by copyright and by intellectual property rights for the world and belong or have been transferred to society Kode-Designs, which enjoys a right of exclusive use. As such, in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, any reproduction or use it in any form, these intellectual property rights, without the prior written consent of Company Kode-Designs, give right to prosecution.


Support

Support is available through mail, contact form and IMs. We give full support only to our customers, or the ones that are paying for it. You agree after contact to await a reply before taking legal action against us for any Services purchased. You must wait one working week for a reply to allow any problems that may arise to be rectified before pursuing any charges against us.


Amendments

We may amend this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion. Amendments shall be communicated to you on our Website in clear view when made. Such amendments shall be effective whenever we make the notification available for your review.


Law

We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to private entities, law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe it necessary or appropriate to investigate or resolve possible problems or inquiries.


Sources

You can get layered sources files, but you can't edit them and then distribute without our knowledge.


Conclusion!

We can delete, terminate and distribute any service without any notice if you breach these terms.
